Chorizo, avocado and blue cheese salad.

Ingredients (serves 2):
1/2 avocado
Ready to eat cubed Chorizo
Half red chicory sliced
One baby gem lettuce sliced
Handful of rocket
3 x radish
50g blue cheese
1 spring onion
A few basil leaves
Mustard vinegarette
